How to find your optimum health, your own way: be sustainable.
Sustainability is a key factor in health.
The very basic function of each of our cells is to heal.
The self-healing body. Each cell within your body fully regenerates every ten years. Certain organs take on average 5-7 years to regenerate, while the heart takes 8 years to fully regenerate its cells. The amount of time to heal each organ is due to chemical reactions within the body, some of which may take forever, while others may be as quick as 60 seconds.
The numbers. Fun fact: your hypothalamus refreshes its chemical reserves every 10 milliseconds and the eyes refresh every 10 seconds. The more water we drink, the easier the communication between the chemical receptors. As a matter of fact, each breathe truly hangs on to life and death. Inhaling goes straight to the brain (about 1/3rd of it Oxygen), and the exhalation of each breathe releases double the amount of Oxygen atoms than we inhale!
Think of our eyes as the hydrogen atoms to the oxygen in the air- in other words, we are constantly interacting with our environment (le Chatelier's Principle). Our eyes are literally taking up each bit of Oxygen atoms in the air, mostly due to the lack of actual Oxygen atoms in our air. So, here is the solution: We must inhale more Oxygen! How? Through our food consumption, through our vapes, through our drinks. The secret ingredients are terpenes (learn more about them on my next page). Overall, the body provides its own chemical resources to heal itself. However, with the collective knowledge of the world today, we now can utilize the natural world(aka terpenes) as a catalyst to speed up the healing process within our body and overall reduce the main cause of all disease: inflammation.

Here is a list of things we can all do to better ourselves (chakra edition) :
{I know I said chakras but I am going to base it on the 10 senses but describe the chakras}
#1 - Running (grounding) (equilibrioception)
#2 - Earthing aka walking barefoot (Proprioception)
-any ground is fine but sunny grass is optimal
#3 - cold showers (thermoception)
#4 - alkaline water and/or metals
-get your hands on essential earth metals and alkaline metals whether it's though supplements or naturally
#5 - natural self-conditioning and deconditioning (nocicepption)
#6 - reconstruct the circadian rhythm and natural biorhythmic flow (chronoception)
#7 - activated charcoal for the teeth
#8 - green tea instead of coffee

After care-
Notice that each sense is based on perception. Perception is the interpretation of senses. (Sensation is the physical stimuli induced by an experience.) We can all heighten the perception of each sense given the right stimulation. The best example in practical use is aromatherapy.
