5 Simple Tricks to Improve your Overall Health

Hello Fellow Zen Masters,

If you are reading this, you have already proven to yourself that you are ready to optimize your health. As a former chemistry student, I take great interest in nutrition; mainly, what I put inside my body. I take note of the chemicals and dosage in each thing I consume and how it affects my homeostasis.

As organic beings with a consciousness, we are in a constant state of flux. This continuous motion we call metabolism allows us to flow at certain frequencies and attract certain circumstances into our lives.  A simple, yet minor change may align our nervous system and drastically improve our heart rate. Here are some of my tips that seem almost too simple to actually instill change towards a healthier body:

  1. Water - Minimum: 3L/day
  2. Minerals - Coral Calcium/ Xylitol
  3. Sleep - Dream Recall is linked to Memory/ Magnesium
  4. Screen time - Eliminate Social Media
  5. Writing - Manifestation journal

Before I begin, I would like to mention two minor things. One, I don't want to endorse any specific products so, I won't be naming any brands unless I'm asked. Second, I won't be getting into deep background detail about each of the tips. I will just be focusing on the simplicity of the tips. Again, thank you for your time in reading my post.

One: Water

Flint, Michigan (a city in the USA) has not had clean water since April 25, 2014.

Water is extremely vital, but I won't dive too deep into that but I will point out that simply switching to a higher quality of water leads to a drastic improvement of health. (I will eventually discuss the reasons why water is so important)

For now, I just want to tell my personal experience with changing my water quality. At the end of 2023, I invested in a fancy gravity water filter for myself. (A gravity filter simply means that it uses the force of gravity to allow water to pass through a carbon filter to collect impurities) The special thing about mine is that it also has a ceramic pre-filter and alkalizing mineral quartz crystals. I am not trying to promote any products, but my entire body is so much healthier ever since I started drinking from this water filter.

Water is the universal solvent, therefore it can dissolve just about anything we eat. Water also protonates (hydrates) each of our cells. There is about 42 Liters of water in our body and makes up about 60% of our body weight. Most of the water resides within the intracellular domain of each cell, aka inside each cell.

When drinking water, we are hydrating every single cell inside our body. As the water enters our bloodstream, it ionizes(activates) the electrolytes(sodium) in our cells. Once each cell establishes equilibrium, the average pH of each cell then determines the overall pH of our body. There are about 5L of blood in the average person, so we must drink at least half of that (2.5L) a day to balance our body. I strive for 3L of water a day.

As our self-awareness grows, we may begin to notice the sensitivity of our body's pH equilibria. I have been on a journey in finding the right balance for my own body because everyone is different every day. Simply put, life is all about finding balance.

Two: Minerals

Coral Calcium
Sugar/Xylitol

Here is a video of me replacing normal white sugar with Xylitol, a sugar substitute. It tastes and feels the same as sugar, so it tricks the brain just enough to make it tolerable. Sadly, we aren't able to replace all the sugar we consume, but this is a great start in a healthier direction.

White sugar is so toxic to our bodies, yet we are all addicted because of our genetic makeup. Previous generations of humans needed to exert much more physical energy than we currently do, so our body naively thinks we need to consume as much sugar as possible. Controlling our sugar intake is a great starting point in brain discipline and replacing white sugar with Xylitol is an excellent way to go the extra mile for our health. I don't have any fancy statistics or facts about sugar, but I do know that it breaks down to glucose-6-phosphate to produce 2 ATP molecules. (ATP is the body's unit of energy) The ATP gives sugar the energy to create ribose-5-phosphate which is a key link in making the nucleotides used in DNA production. Although not directly linked, our sugar intake is crucial for cellular repair at the DNA level.

Three: Sleep

Magnesium

Four: Screen-Time

Five: Writing

Kevin Trudeau's Top-Secret High Blood Pressure Cure

Kevin Trudeau's Top-Secret High Blood Pressure Cure

Hello Everyone,

As I'm sure you've heard me say before, I read a book that someone was about to give away. The author's name is Kevin Trudeau. Kevin is the author of Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know. I truly don't understand why anyone would ever throw this book away. It contains vital knowledge that cannot be bought. It led me on a journey of discovery into the greatest rabbit hole I've ever come to know.

I truly respect this man as a human and as a pioneer of thought. In many ways, I am just like Kevin. Unfortunately, the world has been cruel for people of our kind. We honor truth and integrity and have been excommunicated from society for speaking out against the injustice of our nation. Along with Federal regulations, mandated bureaucracy, and greedy lobbyist; the world has fallen victim to a facade literally forced down our throat with every food we eat.

Every bite we take is carefully calculated and measured up to the gram. It is then it is preserved and shipped-off to our convenient location to be consumed before the up-to-date expiration date. The supposed calorie intake ends up leaving up with less energy, and we are all just too fatigued to do anything about it. Similar to a trauma response to a draining relationship.

check out his website: naturalcures.com
I utilize it as a resource for natural remedies and led me to discovering the importance of water. Such an amazing inspiration.
{Kevin, if you ever see this, I have a lot of questions to ask, also you're awesome!}

Here is his High Blood Pressure Cure:

Apricot Seeds & Hunza Bread

On average, the Hunza people of Northern Pakistan are said to live over 100 years old and many over 120 years old. They are also said to have children later in life, and some women may even conceive around 60-90 years old. What is their key to longevity? It is the apricot seeds that they consume.
The Hunza people have an isolated lifestyle with an interesting diet. They live in the mountains of Northern Pakistan and drink from a river that flows directly from the top of the mountain; utilizing this water in their recipes and their crops. They are also cut away from highly populated areas, such as stores, and are mostly self-sustainable.
Hunza people mostly just eat grains, milk, raw fruits and vegetables cultivated in their backyard, and absolutely no processed foods. It is absolutely incredible. They have a season of fasting, drinking only apricot juice for several months at a time. This is the key to their longevity. The vitamin Amygdalon (b-17) found in apricot seeds is very powerful when it comes to reducing cancer. It is said that cancer cannot survive in the body of a person that consumes apricot seeds. They also place apricot seeds in a bread they make called Hunza bread. It isn’t sold anywhere, although many have tried. The key to this bread is that it is a fiber-potent appetite suppressant of biblical proportions. It is said that this bread will keep a man full for a week. Perhaps  it might be the same bread from Lord of the Rings. Who knows?! One of the key ingredients of the bread is honey. The preparation and the flour certainly play a role as well. Although everyone around me says it taste bad, I love it. I have only been eating it for a few days now, but it has helped me curb my appetite immensely.
As any curious reader would ask by now, why is this not known? Welll…… let me tell you a little something about the way life works. There are deep pockets preventing this information from surfacing and are actively making claims about cyanide poisoning. It is utterly ridiculous.

This is the Hunza Bread my sister and I made last week.
